Master classes on customer-oriented approach at “APTEKA-2013” exhibition
On 10 December the section «To the business efficiency collection: customer-oriented approach» took place within the International Business Forum at «APTEKA-2013» exhibition. The section was organized by FARMATSEVTICHESKIY VESTNIK newspaper and APTEKAR magazine, and was moderated by Svetlana Abramova, Chef Editor on Special Projects of «Bionica Media».
Vladimir Kornyushin, Director of «MedInfoReview» Information and Analytical Centre spoke about «Customer-oriented approach as it is». Pavel Lisovsky, Adviser on Pharmacy Management Systems and Business Optimization answered the question «Why and how many? Check points in assortment profile formation». Nina Telpukhovskaya, Business Coach, Leading Pharmacy Business Specialist highlighted the issue of «How and with whom? Building typical customer communication models».
In addition, the participants were welcomed to take part in the professional training game with prizes. The winners were awarded with the subscription to «Farmatsevticheskiy Vestnik» newspaper (with attachments) and «Aptekar» magazine for 2014.
